Rumley Eleven Pounds seven shillings and six Pence due him
p Acct passed by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Chever Twenty three
Pounds, seventeen shillings and Six Pence due him p Acct
passed by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde Assistant
Clerk to the Governor and Council five hundred Pounds p
Advance according to the Resolution of the last Sesso of Assy
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bolton one thousand
three hundred and thirty three Pounds, fourteen shillings and
two pence due him p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lewis Jones late
a 9 Mo Soldr in the 2d Regimt Dischd the amt of Fourteen
Pounds ninteen shillings & ten Pence in Cloathing due him
by the Act of Assembly to procure Troops for the American
Army.

Monday 30 August 1779

Present as on Saturday except Thomas Sim Lee Esqr
Commission of Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Thomas Kell commander of the Schooner Little Davy 40 Tons
burthen mounting 4 Swivel Guns and 4 Small Arms belonging
to David Stewart, Archibald Gamble & Compy Baltimore
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robertson
Stevens two thousand four hundred and seventy seven Pounds
one Shilling and eleven Pence due him per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl

Tuesday 31 August 1779

Present as on Yesterday. Thomas Sim Lee Esqr Attended
Ordered that Capt Keeports take Possession of all the
Powder, Lead and other Stores belonging to the State at Elk
Ridge Landing
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Jona-
than Morris of the 7th Maryland Regimt Eight thousand
Dollars to be expended in the Recruiting Service and
Accounted for and also the further Sum of two thousand
Dollars in leiw of the Articles for the present year allowed by
the late Act of Assembly
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Nathan Williams of the
6th Regimt two thousand Dollars in leiw of the Articles for the
present year allowed by the late Act of Assy
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Wallace Esqr Pay-
master one thousand five hundred Pounds on Account.
