Advance according to the Resolution of the last Sess^o of Ass^y
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bolton one thousand
three hundred and thirty three Pounds, fourteen shillings and
two pence due him p Acc^t passed by the Aud. Gen^l
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lewis Jones late
a 9 M^o Sold^r in the 2^d Regim^t Disch^d the am^t of Fourteen
Pounds ninteen shillings & ten Pence in Cloathing due him
by the Act of Assembly to procure Troops for the American
Army.

Thomas Kell commander of the Schooner Little Davy 40 Tons
burthen mounting 4 Swivel Guns and 4 Small Arms belonging
to David Stewart, Archibald Gamble & Comp^y Baltimore
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robertson
Stevens two thousand four hundred and seventy seven Pounds
one Shilling and eleven Pence due him per Account passed by
the Aud. Gen^l

Tuesday 31 August 1779

Present as on Yesterday. Thomas Sim Lee Esq^r Attended
Ordered that Capt Keeports take Possession of all the
Powder, Lead and other Stores belonging to the State at Elk
Ridge Landing
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Jona-
than Morris of the 7^th Maryland Regim^t Eight thousand
Dollars to be expended in the Recruiting Service and
Accounted for and also the further Sum of two thousand
Dollars in leiw of the Articles for the present year allowed by
the late Act of Assembly
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Nathan Williams of the
6^th Regim^t two thousand Dollars in leiw of the Articles for the
present year allowed by the late Act of Ass^y
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Wallace Esq^r Pay-
master one thousand five hundred Pounds on Account.
