to the Governor & Council in Advance agreeable to the
Resolution of the last General Assembly One hundred and
Fifty Pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to William Logan three
hundred pounds due him per Account passed by the Dep^y Aud
That the said Treasurer pay to Elie Vallette Dept. Aud.
Three hundred Pounds in Advance agreeable to the Resolution

That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Serjeant Joshua
Lamb 1 Coatee 1 p^r Overalls, 2 p^r Stockings 1 p^r Shoes and
1 Hat for William Lee enlisted in the 2^d Regim^t
Robert Ferguson formerly of George Town in Montgomery
County appeared before the Governor and Council and took
and Subscribed the Oath of Support & Fidelity
Elie Vallette appointed Deputy Auditor appeared and
Qualified before the Governor and Council by taking, repeating
and Subscribing the several Oaths required and making a
Declaration of his Belief in the Christian Religion

In Council 25^th Aug^t 1779
Sir.
Inclosed you have a Mem^o of Money issued to Lieu^t Judah
from Time to Time according to the Dates mentioned in it, for
the Purpose of paying off the Bills which he collected. We
are informed M^r Judah intends to resign and go a Voyage to
the West Indies. Some Time ago M^r Yeiser called on the
State for the £90. rec^d by M^r Judah 24^th June, perhaps other
Claims may also remain unsatisfied. We request you'll make
Enquiry and if the Money is not paid, inform the People
that M^r Judah has rec^d the Money and that they are to look to
him for it. You will also be pleased to acquaint M^r Judah
that it is necessary he should settle his Account yet standing
against him and that he can resign his Commission only to us.
