That the said Commissary deliver to John Brown late a 9
M^o Sold^r in the 6 Regim^t disch^d the amount of twenty seven
Pounds in Cloathing due him by the Act of Assembly to pro-
cure Troops for the American Army
Commissions issued to the following Persons appointed to
receive Subscriptions under the Act entitled an Act to con-
tinue the Act of Assembly for enlarging the Powers of the
Governor and Council &^ca passed July Session 1779 and the
Resolutions of Congress of the 29^th Day of June last, viz,
