Veazey of Cecil who happened here, to send you what of his
may remain after complying with former Orders. We do not
know the exact Quantity, but expect it will be abt 5000 Barls
It will be as much, unless Colo H. Hollingsworth has exceeded
our Orders in that sent forward for the Army. Advise us
from Time to Time whether you hear from the Genl

Present as on yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Allen
Quynn two hundred and Eighty five Pounds due him per
Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Sim Lee Esquire
One hundred and Eighty nine Pounds due him for his Attend-
ance in Council
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Edward Wright of the
7th Regiment one thousand five hundred Dollars to be ex-
pended in the recruiting Service & to be Accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Roper Forty two
Pounds, ten shillings due him per Acct passed by the Depy
Aud.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt Edward
Wright of the 7th Regt Serge Denim for a Waistcoat &
Breeches
Commissions of Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to John
Martin Comr of the Sloop Swallow 50 Tons burthen, mount-
ing 6 Carriage Guns, 6 Swivels & 1 2 small Arms, also to
Henry Geddes, Commander of the Schooner Greyhound 50
Tons burthen mounting 6 Carriage Guns, 6 Swivels & 11
small Arms belonging to John Dorsey & Co Baltimore

William Goddard having exhibited to us a Memorial com-
plaining of the Conduct of William Spear, James Calhoun,
George Lindenberger and Abraham Van Bibber as Magis-
trates; this Board hath appointed Monday the 26th Day of this
Inst for hearing the Parties thereon: you are mentioned on
the Part of Mr Goddard as a Witness and your Attendance is
