Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Serjeant
Perrott of Capt Davidson's Compy of the 2d Maryland Regt 1
Shirt, 2 Coatees 1 pr Overalls 2 Hatts & 1 pair Shoes for a
Recruit of that Compy a pr Overalls a pr Shoes & a Shirt for
himself
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Middleton
Two hundred and two Pounds, ten shillings due him per Acct
passed by the Depy Aud.
This Board have agreed to sell to Samuel Chase Esqr 800ls
Cannon Powder at 40 / per lb and an Order drawn to Capt
Keeport for the delivery thereof
Pay to Messrs Samuel & Robert Purviance or their order
Seven thousand one hundred twenty and Six Pounds seven-
teen shillings and Six Pence being the amount of Fifteen Tons
Sixteen hundred and three Quarters of Bar Iron delivered to
you on the Contract made for the Chain Iron at Baltimore

In Council Annapolis 16th June 1779
Sir.
You have inclosed an Order on Capt. Keeports for ten
Barrels Powder; or any Part of it you may think proper to call
for, you are to have it at the Price we sold for, that is 407 plb.
You may also be furnished with any Number of six Pound
Shot, here that you will want at as low a Price at least as they
may be had in Baltimore. We do not know whether the
Shot may be to spare in Baltimore or whether they will so
well suit your Guns: most, if not all we have here, were made
on purpose for your Guns.
