In Council Annapolis 10th Febry 1779.
Sir. Circular.
To enable us to give Satisfaction on the inclosed Resolution,
we request you'll inform us whether any of the Cloathing
belonging to the Public [is] yet remaining in your Hands or the
Hands of any of your Assistants; if there does, please to send
us an Account of it and forward such Cloathing as soon as
you can to Annapolis

To each of the Collectors of Cloathing
except for Baltimore County.

Thursday 11 February 1779

Present as on yesterday. James Hindman Esqr Attended.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John
Rogers Esqr Four hundred & fifty Pounds due to him for his
Salary as Chancellor from the 20th Day of March 1778 to the
26th Octr 1778
That the said Treasurer pay to John Davidson One hundred
and sixty six Pounds, ten shillings due to Archibald Buchanan
for Camphor Purchased of him & received into the State Shop
by Doct. John Johnson.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Chever, Thirty three
Pounds, fifteen shillings due him for retd Rations per Acct
passed by the Depy Audr

Friday 12 February 1779

Present as on yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut
William Iudah Eight hundred and eighty eight Pounds for the
use of and to be delivered over to Maj. Nat. Smith and also
the further sum of One thousand three hundred & thirty
