Congress communicated nothing more to the Executive of
this State than what is contained in the Resolutions. We shall
give you the earliest Information of any Change of Prospect
And are Sir with Respect &ca

Present as on Wednesday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Patrick
Burk Ten Pounds three shillings and Nine Pence per Account
passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Bruff three Pounds,
four shillings and six pence for the use of Joseph Taylor and
the further Sum of Three hundred and thirty four Pounds,
ten Shillings due himself per Accts passed by the Aud Gl

Saturday 12th December 1778

Present as on Yesterday Colo Lloyd Attended
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Edward
Burgess Fourteen Pounds, four Shillings and four Pence p
Account passed by the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Stephen Steward Senr one
thousand six hundred and Twenty Pounds, seven Shillings
and six Pence and also the further Sum of Five hundred and
ninty two Pounds, five shillings and three farthings per
Accounts examined and passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Benson Stainton Esquire
Fifteen Pounds for the use of Neal Price due him for taking
up two Vagrants per Accounts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the
Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Daniel Bryan Thirty
two Pounds Eleven Shillings per Account passed by the Aud.
Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Hughes Esquire
Two hundred and twelve Pounds for the use of Capt. Daniel
Cresaps Compy Thirty four Pounds, five shillings and four
Pence for the use of Adam Doyle Forty four Pounds, ten
Shillings and two Pence for the use of Dennis Pusley, Seven
Pounds, seventeen shillings & six Pence for the use of Fred-
erick Stidinger per Accts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud
Gl and Fourteen Pounds for the use of Jacob Knave & thir-
teen Pounds, two shillings & two pence for the use of Michl
Fackler per Accts passed by Aud. Genl
