Oaths required, making a Declaration of his Belief in the
Christian Religion and also the Oath of Office and Certificate
filed.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Col. Wil-
liam Richardson fifty Pounds, three shillings and two pence
half penny for the use of Capt. James Henry, Eighty three
Pounds, three shillings & six Pence for the use of Capt. John
Lynch and the further Sum of Twenty one Pounds, fourteen
shillings and two pence half penny for the use of Lieut. Wil-
liam Frazier as per Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Cromwell, Twelve
Pounds and also the further Sum of Twenty seven Pounds
seventeen shillings and four pence per Accounts passed by
the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Adam Marchel five Pounds
ten shillings for the use of Ludwick Lemmon, and the further
Sum of Thirty six Pounds due himself per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Cap. John Ghiselin ten
Pounds and Twenty five Pounds, six shillings & six Pence
due him p Accts passed by the Aud Gl
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Cry-
sail one hundred and twenty five pounds eight shillings for
the use of Robert Clark per Account passed by the Auditor
General.
That the said Treasurer pay to Elie Valette twenty five
Pounds for 1 month's Salary as Cl. to the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr Adam Fisher three
pounds for the use of Conrad Power, Twenty six Pounds,
eleven shillings for the use of Andrew Bachman, sixty four
Pounds for the use of Joseph Downing, Three Pounds fifteen
shillings for the use of Conrad Crone, Five Pounds for the use
of Peter Cregar, Four Pounds, ten shillings for the use of
Stephen Hook, Two Pounds for the use of James S. Hooke,
Twenty one Pounds five shillings for the use of Jacob Prangle
Four Pounds ten shillings for the use of Michael Holp and
the further Sum of Three Pounds, ten shillings, for the use of
Peter Beard per Accounts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud.

Brice T. B. Worthington Esqr from the Senate delivers to
His Excellency a Resolve of the Senate requesting the Gov-
ernor & Council to lay the Proceedings of the Different Coun-
cils before the Senate.
Capt. Keeports having represented that about five hundred
weight of the Public Powder in his care, is in a declining
Condition and might now be sold for a good Price he is re-
quested to make Sale of such as he Judges is likely soon to
