the use of Capt Willm Hudson & his Compy one hundred and
sixty three pounds eight shillings & one penny for the use of
Capt. John Murray and his Compy one hundred and seventy
one pounds, twelve shillings for the use of Capt. Brittingham
Dickinson & his Compy and Fifty two pounds due himself per
Accts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Genl

Saturday 7th November 1778

Present as on yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick
Cromer Twenty five pounds, sixteen shillings and one hundred
and fifty three pounds fourteen shillings and six Pence for the
use of John Laypole per Accts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the
A Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Boyle one hundred
& three pounds fourteen shillings and Eight Pence on Accot
of the Galley Baltimore per Acct passed by A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo William Richardson
Thirty pounds for the use of Capt. John Hawkins, one hun-
dred and twenty six pounds for the use of Capt Levin Handy
and forty five pounds for the use of Lieut Peter Stoakes per
accts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Gale 20
pair of Shoes for the use of the Matrosses stationed at
Annapolis
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Benjamin Allen Comr of the Schooner Dolphin mounting 4
Carriage Guns, 2 swivels, 2 Cohorns and 7 musketts burthen
20 Tons belonging to Robert & Alexander McKim of Balti-
more.

Commission of Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Jeremiah Yellott Comr of the Schooner Camden mounting
4 Swivels & 2 Howitz six small Arms burthen 40 Tons
belonging to Capt. Charles Ridgely & others of Baltimore
County
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut
Jacques Bagness of the Matrosses Cloth for a pair of breeches
with Trimmings and 1 pair Shoes
That the western shore Treasurer pay to James Brice
Esquire one hundred and forty one pounds, fifteen shillings
for his Attendance in Council
