That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Wallace one hun-
dred and ninty seven Pounds, eleven shillings per Acct
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Bond one thousand
three hundred and nine pounds, per Acct passed by the Aud.
Genl
Whereas this Board from Information received have great
cause to suspect that several Vessels have loaded and taken
on board and are now lading and taking on board within this
State, Quantities of Indian Corn, Flour and other Victual for
Exportation contrary to the Act of Assembly entitled " An
Act to prohibit for a Limited time the Exportation of Wheat,
fflour, Rye, Indian Corn, Rice, Bread, Beef, Pork, Bacon, Live
Stock and other Victual" Wherefore Commodore Thomas
Grason, Capt. Thomas Walker, Capt. Bennett Matthews and
Capt. John Gordon and any or either of them are by the
Governor and Council hereby authorized to take or seize all
such of the Commodities not allowed to be exported by the
said Act as they or any or either of them shall happen to find
know or discover to be laid on board any ship or other Vessel
or Boat at Sea or in any Port or in any navigable River or
Water to the Intent or Purpose to be exported transported
or conveyed out of this State contrary to the true Intent of
the said Act, and also the Ship, Vessel or Boat in which the
same shall be found and to bring the Goods to some safe
and convenient Place near which such Seizure shall be made
in order to be proceeded against according to Law

Batt of Mila in Kent County also to Stephen Hyland appd
Colo Elihu Hall Lieut Colo Baruch Williams Majr Robert
Cother first Lieut, William Corbet second Lieut, George
Rhea Ens of Capt Saml Millers Compy John Patterson first
Lieut, John Anderson second Lieut, Jacob Death Ensn of
Capt Robert Porter's Compy James Craford Ens of Capt,
William Ewings Compy William Veazey Capt, in the room of
S. Hyland, William Mouldin first Lieut, & Robert Hart
second Lieut, belonging to the 30th or Susquehanna Battalion
of Mila in Cecil County also to Thomas Savin Major, Abra-
ham Cazier Capt, Thos Price first Lieut, Jacob Lum second
Lieut, & Hannon Anatts Ensn belonging to the 2d or Elk
Batt of Mila in Cecil County.
