Ordered That the Western shore Treasurer Pay to Joseph
Cowman one hundred and sixty Pounds, ten shillings per
Acct passed by the p. Ch to A G.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Colo Joshua Beall one hun-
dred and fourteen Pounds, ten shillings and one Penny per
Acct passed by the Prinl Ch to the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Peggy Dehay five Pounds
per Acct passed by the Prinl Ch to the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Nancy Chain four Pounds
ten shillings per Acct passed by the Prinl Ch to the Aud. Genl
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Margaret Carter
five Pounds per Account passed by the Aud Genl's Principal
Clerk.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Lieut. William Judah three
Pounds to be delivered over to John Sterett per Acct passed
by the Princl Ch to the Agt
That the said Treasurer Pay to Lieut. William Judah two
hundred Pounds on Account.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Robert Reith eight Pounds
six shillings and eight Pence for 1 Mo Salary from 23d June
That the said Treasurer Pay to Stephen Gough ten Pounds
ten shillings per Acct passed by the Princl Ch to the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Thomas Dawson Seventy
Pounds ninteen shillings & two Pence per Acct passed by
the p. Cl to A Genl
Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer Pay to Charles
Downes three hundred and forty three Pounds, sixteen
shillings due per Acct passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Downes one
thousand three hundred & twenty Pounds to be expended in
Payments for the Provisions purchased by him & accounted
for
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut. William
Judah 7 yards Linen for himself and 7 yards Russia Drab for
the use of Maj. Nathaniel Smith
Commission of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal issued to
Nathaniel Cooper Master of the Sloop called the Richardson,
mounting two Carriage Guns and four Swivels, navigated by
ten men belonging to Thomas Russell, Thomas Noel Edward
Noel, Thomas Dawson, James Lloyd Chamberlaine & Co Wil-
liam Perry and William Hindman
