Shirts and, we believe, more Blankets. We beg you'll interest
yourselves to get him supplied if possible with those Articles ;
there is too much reason to complain of the Neglect of our
Troops; on the Care of these depends chiefly our Power to

Present as on yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer Pay to William
Judah two hundred and ninty seven Pounds, two shillings
and seven Pence half penny per Acct passed by the Princl Cl
to the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to William Judah three hun-
dred and forty eight Pounds four shillings and two Pence half
Penny for the use of John Gerock and the further Sum of
eight Pounds, fifteen shillings and six Pence for the use of
Samuel Sadler per Accts passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Randall one hundred
& twenty Pounds on Acct
That the said Treasurer Pay to Charles Wallace Paymaster
five hundred Pounds on Account
Ordered that the Commissary of Provisions furnish Lieut.
William Judah with two Barrels of Beef and two Barrels of
Pork for the Matrosses in Baltimore
Mr Randall, We request you will obtain from the Commis-
saries who attend the Army from the Different States for the
like purpose as you do; or from so many of them as you can,
the Prices or Rules for pricing of the Spirits, Coffee &ca they
deliver to their Officers and what you Purchase for and deliver
to our Officers price as is done by others, but if the prices
or Rule should much differ with the different Commissaries,
we would have you fix Medium Prices as near as convenient.

There is a Quantity of Provisions belonging to this State
lodged with Mr Edward Dorsey. We would be glad to have
it delivered to Lieut Wm Judah and should esteem it a Favor
if you would assist him in the Carriage of it to Elk Ridge
Landing from whence it may easily be conveyed to Baltimore
Town We are &ca
