Pew a Serjeant in 2d Maryland Regt 1 Coatee 1 pr overalls 2
Shirts and 1 pr Shoes
That the western shore Treasurer Pay to John Green Ten
pounds three shillings and ten Pence and also the further Sum
of four Pounds seventeen shillings and Six Pence per Accts
passed by the p. Cl. to the A Gl
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Thomas Purchaser of
Provisions in Saint Marys County seven hundred and twenty
nine Pounds nine shillings and four Pence per Acct passed by
the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer Pay to William Nevin three hundred
and eighteen Pounds, eleven shillings and eleven Pence three
farthings per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
It being represented that George Mann who stands com-
mitted by this Board to the Custody of the Sheriff of Kent
County to answer for Treason hath given Security in a Con-
siderable Sum of Money for his Appearance at the Court of
Oyer and Terminer to be held in Kent County in the State of
Delaware some time in this or the next Month. It is therefore
now Ordered that the said George Mann be discharged from
the said Sheriffs Custody on his entering into a Recognizance
before some Justice of the Peace in this State with sufficient
Security himself in £1500 and two Surieties in £750 each for
his Appearance at the next General Court to be held on and
for the Eastern shore of this State to answer for Treason in
the mean Time keeping the Peace and being of good behaviour
and not departing the same Court without leave thereof
