Tuesday 14 July 1778.

Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer Pay to John King
Three Pounds for riding Express from Baltimore per Account
passed by the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Allen Quynn six hundred
and twenty Pounds nine shillings and ten Pence for the use
and to be delivered over to Colo Gist per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Thomas Dorsey twenty
six Pounds seven shillings and six pence for the use of Wil-
liam Hammond for Wagon hire per Acct passed by the Aud.
Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Campbell
48 pair Overalls 48 Coatees and 30 pair Shoes for the use of
his Company
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to John Randall
Linen for two Pair of Overalls and 3 yards Do for Trimmings.

Wednesday 15 July 1778.

Present as on Yesterday and His Excellency
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James
Stewart of the Galley Conqueror Nine Pounds, ten shillings
and six Pence per Acct passed by A Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Fairbrother one
hundred and fifty eight pounds eleven shillings and eight
pence per Acct passed by the p. Cl to A. G.
That the said Treasurer pay to Saml McGee one hundred
and twenty Pounds per Acct passed by Prinl Cl. to the A Gl
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer Pay to Capt.
Benjamin Morgan Thirty one Pounds, two shillings and eight
Pence per Account passed by the Principal Cl. to the Aud.
Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to George Dyer Thirty two
Pounds eleven shillings and eleven Pence per Account passed
by the p. Cl to the A. Gl

Thursday 16th July 1778.

Present as on Yesterday.
Ordered that the Western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut
Colo Peter Waters three hundred and eleven Pounds, five
shillings and ten Pence due to the Militia of Somerset County
under his Command and also the further Sum of two hundred
