Leonard Lontz, two pound four shillings and six Pence for the

That the said Treasurer Pay to William Hindman six
pounds for the use of William Rase per Acct passed by the
Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Gilbert Falconer four
Pounds eighteen shillings and six Pence for the use of Evan
Jones per Acct passed by the A. G. and the further Sum of
one hundred and fifty five Pounds twelve shillings & eight
Pence due him & his Company whilst in service p pay roll
examd & passed A. G.
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Allen Thomas one
hundred and twenty six Pounds eighteen shillings & six Pence
and twenty Pounds eight shillings and three Pence for the use
of Richard Bond forty Pounds nine shillings and nine Pence
for the use of Capt. James Roach & his Compy and three
Pounds eight shillings for the use of Samuel Abell as per
Accounts passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Allen Thomas sixty
Pounds twelve shillings and four Pence per Acct passed by
the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Abraham Faw two thousand
Pounds, on Account of the Barracks to be accounted for
That the Eastern shore Treasurer Pay to Colo James Murray
four hundred and twenty nine Pounds, eighteen shillings for
the use of Capt. Levin Handley due to him & his Company
as per Acct passed by the Aud Genl
Ordered that Mr Crysall deliver to Richd Murrow for
Danl Jenifer Purchaser of Provr in Charles County three
Bushels of Salt.
By the Advice of the Council Pardon granted to Francis
Sanderson who is now in Baltimore Jail under a Prosecution
for Treason through the Recommendation of several Officers
in the Continental Service.
It Appearing to this Board from the Certificate of Silas
Snow and also from the Confession of George Mann lately an
Inhabitant of Kent County in this State that he the said
George Mann, was in Company with a Party of Men who
took the said Silas Snow in the Government of the three
lower Counties in Delaware and carried him to the Enemy
who afterwards imprisoned him in the New Jail in Philadel-
phia. You are therefore hereby empowered and directed to
receive into your Custody the Body of the said George Mann,
herewith sent, and him safely keep in your Prison to answer
for Treason against this State, until he shall be discharged
