   The Test Wee the Subscribers doe declare that Wee doe

          believe that there is not any Transubstantiation in the

  

  

   Sacrament of the Lords Supper or in the Elements of bread

   & Wine at or after the consecration thereof by any person

   whatsoever.

   Clerk of the his Exncy to the Board the severall Orders tending to

   Councill the obtaining the aforementioned Comission before Whitehall

  

   the same passed the Great Seale, the which were Ordered to

   be likewise Entered in the Journall of the Councill and are as

   follow, Vizt

  

               At the Court at Whitehall

  

               the 28th of December 1693.

   Ordr for The Right Honoble the Lords of the Comittee of

    Trade and Plantacons having humbly Recothended

   Sons Com- Colonel ffrancis Nicholson to be Governor in Cheife

   ission and

   Instructions of the Province of Maryland in the place of Colonell

   for the Copley lately deceased: His Maty in Councill was

   Govcrnmt .

  of Maryland     this day pleased to Nominate the said Coll Nicholson

          to be Governor in Chjefe of the sd Province and to

   direct, that the said Comittee doe Give Order for preparing

   forthwith his Comission & Instructions accordingly
