       pleased to Order as it is hereby Ordered that the

    Right Honoble Sr John Trenchard Knt principall Secretary of

    State Doe Cause the said Draught to be prepared for his Mats

    Royal Signiture in Order to pass the Great Seale

    Navigation to be taken by the respective Governors of their

             Mats Plantations,             Wm Bridgeman.

             Great Seale of England, Constituting Coll ffrancis Nicholson
