Rectifyed. Vpon Representation, Ordered that Mr Joshua Guibert lately put into the Comission of St Maries County Court be Razed out and Mr Benjamin Hall put in his stead, and that a Mistake in placeing Mr Briscoe before Capt Greenhalgh be likewise
Court of Vpon the Motion & Representation of George Admiralty Comission Plater Esqr on behalfe of Capt Hurle Ordered that a Appointed Court of Admiralty Comission be Prepared for Tryeall of a Frize ship taken by the said Captain H urle from the ffrench, constituteing & appointing Mr John Watson Mr John Lowe Mr Samel Watkins, Capt Edward Greenhaigh & Capt Thomas Waughop Comissionrs & Justices for the said End & purpose. Warrant issued to the Sherriffe of Calvert County for the imediate apprehending & bringing before this Board Thomas Johnson of the said County to Answer to such things as on their Maties behalfe shall be objected against him.
Tho: John- Came & appeared at the Board the aforesaid son Comitted to the Cus- Thomas Johnson in the Custody of the said Sher tody of the rife and was read Unto him a Deposition sworne to Sherriffe by Doctor Symon Wotton relateing to Rebellious &
Treasonable Words spoken and Uttered by the aforesaid Johnson. Ordered therevpon as it is hereby Ordered that the said Johnson still Remaine in the Custody of the Sherriffe, Untill he Give Good & sufficient Security or Enter into Recognizance himselfe in the Sume of ffive hundred Pounds sterling, and his Two security in the Sume of Two hundred & ffifty Pounds sterling each for his Appearance at the next Provinciall Court to Answer the same & in the meane time to be of good behaviour.

Court as Johnson.— Then Came Doctor Symon Wotton and acknowl edged himselfe to be oweing & indebted Unto our Soveraign Lord the King in the Sume of Two hun dred Pounds sterling that he the said Wotton should be & personally appeare at the next Provinciall Evidence for the King agt the aforenamed Thomas
