Capt of a Troope of of horse as formerly raised in the Division of Her horse & Mr ring Creeke and elsewhere in the said County; as Philips Capt . . —. . of a ffoot likewise Comission to constitute James Philips of Company Baltimore County Captain of a Company of ifoot C to be raised as formerly in Specutia Hundred, within
the said County.
St Maries — Ordered that Comission of the Peace & for County Corn p. 79 ission, Ordr Tryeall of Causes in St Maries County be renewed, Renewmt ading Capt Thomas Waughop, W John Lowe & Mr Joshua Guibert to the said Comission, and that Mr John LLewellin, one of the former Justices, be left out, and that the three first persons therein nominated be of the Quorum.
At a Councill held at the Councill Chamber in the City of St Maries the 16th day of May in the Sixth yeare of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord & Lady William & Mary King & Queen of England &ca Annoq Domini 1694.

Parker, Mr ffrancis ffreeman, Mr Henry Lowe, Mr Walter Smith & Mr Samuell Holdsworth, Justices, and that the p. 8o Quorum consist of the two first persons therein Nominated who are for the said End & purpose to Meet & sit the third Tuseday in June next, at Battle Towne in Calvert County and that Henry Wriothesley be admitted Clerk of the said Court.
