At a Councill held at the Councill Chamber in the City of p. 77

   St Maries the 12th day of May in the Sixth yeare of the Reign

   of our Soveraign Lord & Lady William & Mary King &

   Queen of England &Ca Annoq Domini 1694.

   Mr Lowes Vpon Reading & reheareing the Petition of W

   Pet again read & Ordr Ordr Lowe & Thomas Collyer, read at this Board the

   thereon. Seaventh instant, whereby they pray a Comission of

   Review vpon the Sentence of the Delegates given in the

   Appeale made by Mr. Thomas Greenfield vnto this Board

   from the Sentence of the Comissary Generall, and were

   appointed to attend this day for a finall determination thereof;

   it was this day put to the question whether the said Admin

   istrators be finally concluded by the sentence of the Delegates

   or whether a further Comission of Review shall be Granted;

   Resolved therevpon & Ordered, by advice of Mr Attorney

   Generail, that the aforesd Sentence of the Delegates in relation

   to the Estate of Richard Charlet deceased be affirmed, & that p. 78

   noe further Coniission of Review be Granted; but Sr Thomas

   Laurence dissenting from the said Opinion is ready to give

   his Reasons for such his dissent when desired.

   Mr Green- Ordered that Mr Thomas Greenfield & Mr James

   field Bigger ordered to Bigger persons to whome Letters ad colligendum

   give Securityhave been Ordered by the aforesd Speciall Court of

   for Chariets     

   Estate &Ca     Delegates doe imediately give good & sufficient

          Security to be answerable for the said Charlets

   Estate, and to indemnifye & save harmless the Coinissary

   Gen' in all Points.

   Cap Biggers Capt James Bigger's bond for Ranger of Calvert

   bond p Ranger County delivered at the Board by the Honoble Coll

   lodged with Nicholas Greenberry & Ordered to be lodged with

          the Clerk among the Councill papers.
