             Mr Plater whether he has not duly transmitted for England

       Whitehall abt the Rev, from time to time the Accot of the Revenue pur

                    suant to Severall former Ordrs and whether he has

             not those Instructions by him sent by the Rt honrble Wm Blath

             wayt Esq Auditr Gen” in relacon to that Aflair; who says he

             has and that he never omitted sending the sd Accots. Ordered

             that he carefully pursue those instructions and transmitt a full

             Accot this ffleet.

             Consulted by

             his Mats Sollicitor Genll and Mr Robt Gouldesborough one of

             Counc ill at his Mats Coun sell at Law, whether the 150” paid to

     Whitehall  the honrble Coll: Nicholas Greenberry as President of

                Green- the Councill was done by a Legall Power & Authority

                    and whether the late Act of Assembly for confirming

             the Proceedings of that time does any ways allow that paymt

             or his detaining the same whereby it ought not to be Re

             funded as well as the Money taken by his Exncy Sr Edmund

             Andros.
