    could not be had, but tht his Exncy designs to have them com- Lib. H. D.

    pleat by the next ffleet, and that any prson, either of this

    Countrey or Virga may be ffree to put in for the same, pro

    vided he brings a Musket, ffuzee or Carabine, a Sword, Pis

    tolls, Byonet & Cartouch box of his owne & not otherwise,

    And the Sherriffs are Ordered to give Notice hereof to the

    End those prsons that have a mind to put in, may send for

    England to provide for themselves accordingly this ffleet, & p. 420

    tht the Sherriff of St Maries Charles, Prince Georges & Somer

    set Counties give notice of it to Virga and withall Signifye

    that the Prizes will be the same as they were last year & tht

    (when please God the Same are Arrived) his Exncy will give

    publick notice thereof of the time &Ca

    Ordr abt the Vpon Representacon and Complaint of the

     honrble Sr Thomas Laurence Baront Secretary how

    to inspect tht no Judgmts obtained in the provll Cort of this

     Province have been Enter'd up since Novr last was

    Court &cca a Twelve month; which neglect will inevitably bring

    great matter of Scandall to the Governmt besides loss and

    Damage to all persons therein any ways intrested or Con

    cern'd; Ordered therefore tht all the Attorneys practicing in

    that Court, or that have Managed any business there, during

    tht time, be and personally appear at the port of Annapolis

    the ffirst Tuseday of December next in Or& to inspect & look

    after those Judgmts wherein they have been concernd; & tht p. 416

    they Certifye to the Clerk of the Councill of their Receipt of

    this Ordr whereof they are in no wise to fail, as they will

    answer the contrary at their peril.
