      Lib. H. D. said precinct and of your issuing thereof as he or they Shall

             Demand the Same and you Shall duly answer and pay all

             Such Sum's as shall at any time be remaining in yor hands to

             such person or prsons to whom the same shall be Ordered by

             the Warrant or Ordr in writing of our Governr or Commander

             in Cheif with the advice and Consent of our Councill there

             and not otherwise upon any Accot whatsoever.

              You shall likewise carefully Transmitt unto the said Wm

             Blathwayt every six months or oftener a fair State and distinct

             Account Examined by his Deputy with the particular Vouchers

             of all such Revenues Duties Customes Imposts and Proffits

             whatsoever accruing to Us and our Governmt of Maryland

             within the sd District and of all money and Vallue of Money

             recd and issued by you pursuant to the Ordr and Warrant of

             our sd Govr or Commandr in Cheif as aforesd and of all Arrears

             due unto Us and our Governmt together with the Names and

             habitations of all persons as shall Remaine in Arrears of their

             paymts and alsoe Duplicates of the sd Accots & Papers by the

             succeeding opportunity in Ordr to be Examined by him &

             presented to the Commissionrs of our Treasury for their appro

             bation or disallowance of the particulars therein Contained

             According to the Course and Practice in the like Cases within

             our Kingdom of England, and in Ordr to receive our directions

             from time to time for the Improvemt of our sd Revenues.

              And to the End you may make and retain a perfect Accot

             of all Receipts and payments you are to keep true and perfect

             Entries of the particular branches of our sd Revenues in Sev

             erall books to be provided & kept by you for that purpose

             and to Transmitt unto the sd William Blathwayt a particular

             Catalogue or Leager of all Persons answerable to Us or our

             Governmt for any Dutys or paymts whatsoever as alsoe the

             particular Sums or Value of Money for which such persons

             Stand charged & shall be indebted to Us or our Gov

             ernmt of Maryland from time to time together with Copyes

             of all Laws and Publick Acts concerning our sd Revenues And

             you are likewise every Six months to transmitt as aforesd a

             Catalogue of Entrys of all goods and Commodities Imported

             or Exported together with the Names of the Ships and an

             Accot of their burthen guns & men the Names of the Masters

             and Whether bound and generally you are to keep a Corre

             spondence with our sd Surveyor and Auditor Genll touching

             the aforesd Revenues and to send unto him by all opportun

             itys Such Informations as shall Occur relating thereunto.

              And in regard it may happen there may be some things

             which cannot be so well foreseen here as observed by our

             Governr or Commandr in Chief you are therefore to follow

             such Rules and directions as you shall from time to time
