And to the End that a true & fain Record may be kept of your Proceedings herein Wee have thought fit to Nominate & Appoint, And p. 56 Wee doe hereby Nominate, Constitute & Appoint Henry ffernley Gent to be your Clerk or Register to Receive take & Enter on his Journall the Sume & Substance of what shall be done & Acted by you in the Execution of the Power & Authority hereby Given and Granted you a faire Coppy whereof attested vnder the hand & Seale of yor said Clerk you are to Transmitt Unto Us in our high Court of Chancery with all convenient speed Given Under the Great Seale of our said Province of Maryland the ffifteenth day of ffebry in the Sixth yeare of our Reign &ca Annoq Domini 1693. On the back of the foregoeing Commission was thus Written Vizt Dedimus William & Mary by the Grace of God of England, potestatem &CaScotland, ffrance & Ireland King & Queen Defenders of the ffaith &ca To William Dent & Henry True- man Gents These are to constitute & Appoint you or either of you to Administer vnto ffrancis Hutchins & James Keech or Nicholas either of them the Oaths appointed by Act of Parlia Greenberry ment instead of the Oaths of Allegiance & Supremacy as alsoe the Usuall Oath of Coinissionr And the said Oaths being as aforesd Administered & taken you the said ffrancis Hutchins & James Keech or either of you are to Administer the aforesd Oaths Unto the rest of the Comissioners within named for which this shall be your sufficient Warrant Given vnder the Great Seale of our Province this 15th day of ffebry in the Sixth yeare of our Reign &Ca Annoq Dni 1693.
