   Tobo if he proceeds on his Journey soe far as New Yorke, but

   in case of his Meeting with their Mats Collector of New Yorke

   at Pensilvania, to whome the same are to be delivered then to

   Receive the Sume of 3000 lb of Tobo onely the which was agreed

   to here by this Board & Ordered, as it is hereby Ordered that

   the same be paid him out of the 50000” of Tobacco Leviable

   in the intervalls of Assemblies &Ca

   Mr Plater ordered to Ordered that George Plater Esqr Collector & p. 58

   attend with Receiver of their Mats Revenue for this Province

   Excha attend this Board imediately with Bills of Exchange

   Vallue 250 l to the Suflie of 250” sterling deduceable out of their

          Maties Revenue here ariseing to the End the same

   may be transmitted to the Collector & Receiver of their Mats

   Revenue for the Province of New Yorke, in complyance to

   their Maties comands towards their assistance agt the ffrench

   and Northern Indians, and Produced at the Board accordingly
