                   & Expence of the Revenue in Maryland more fully

            Stated, as in other Neighbouring Plantations, yet he Complains

            tht no such Complyance has been yet given, which Yor Exncy

            will therefore be pleased to Ordr that I may be Enabled to

            Satisfye the Lords Comrs of the Treasury and Comrs of the

            publick accots as it is my Duty in Matters of the plantation

            Revenue.

            Instructions Produced also another Paper by his Exncy Recd

                   being Instructions for the right Setling the Publick

        p. 387  instructions The Accots of the Revenue are to Contain a

            Blathwayte Charge of the Receipts from the Collectors of the

            concerning Severall Districts of the 1s p hhd And a particular

            the Revenue.

                   Accot of the Receipts of the ffines, fforfietures and

            Escheats accruing to the King and how they arise. Against

            which the Discharge is to Contain the particular paymts out of

            the Revenue, with the particulars of the Occasion of such

            paymts

              All which is to be vouched by Duplicates of the Ordrs of the

            Governr in Councill and the Receipts of the paymts to whom

            such paymts are made.

            Mr Plater      Ordered that Copy's of the aforegoing papers

            Ordered to

            get ready     &c: be delivered to Geo Plater Esq his Mats

            his Accots    Receiver Genll and that he prepare his Accots ready

            &ca

            pursuant thereto, having before Recd Ordrs for getting

            the sd accots ready, his Exncy delivering him a Coppy of the

            Accot of the publick Revenue stated in Virga (when his Exncy

            last left tht Governmt) for his further directions therein.

            Mr Plater Ordered that the sd Mr Plater take Care to get

            Ordered to

            take strict Leavyed this Year, all ffines and fforfietures due to

            Care abs his MatY and that he issue process agt such as Refuse

            the ffines &

           fforfeitures   paymt Tobo being likely to be a Good Commodity

                   this Year.

            Mr Plater Ordered that the sd Mr Plater adjust the Accot

            Ordrd to

            adjust Accots with Madam Blakiston & procure New bills for the

            with Madam protested Bills of Exchange and to Secure the Tobo

            Blakiston &

            to procure    Debts otherwise to let her know tht for want of corn
