Mr Attorney Ordered likewise that the sd Mr Plater, and Mr Wm Lib. H. D. & Sollicitor Genii Ordrd Dent his Mats Attorney and Sollicitor Genll issue to issue pro- process upon all Navigation Bonds not duly Corn cess upon all forfieted plyed with, pursuant to former Ordr and for all Kings Navigation Business yett is ripe for Judgmt tht Judgmt be bonds obtained accordingly this Court, & for all others agt the next Court after.
A Lre from Delivered by his Exncy unto the sd Geo: Plater Esq the Comrs of his Mats a Letter by him Recd from the Rt honrble the Com Customs dd missionrs of his Mats Customs Dated the 4th of Janry to Mr Plater abt money 1695 relating to 12 lb 12s 4d Clamed by the Admr of Claimd by Mr Payne &c: as money overpaid &ca Mr Paynes Admr dd to Mr Delivered also by his EXnCY unto the sd Mr Plater Plater Mr Batemans a Lre by him Recd from Mr John Bateman of Londn Lre & a Dated the 10th of JanrY last past relating to Capt Hurle Warrt from the Comrs for & the ifrench Prize by him taken &Cca. prizes abt Delivered also at the Same time a Warrt from the paymt of 10lb Comrs for prizes for paymt of 10 lb p Gun (unto p Gun unto Capt Hurls Capt John Hurle Commander of the Ship Providence) &Cca for every Gun the Ship John of Bourdeaux taken by
the sd Hurle was (at the time of her Capture) Mounted with.
Mr Plater Ordered that he make Answer to the sd Letter and Ordrd to make answer Signifye tht his Exncy the Governr has Recd no Com to Mr Bate- mand neither from his Maty nor the Lords of the mans Lre &ccaAdmiralty thereabout nor has medled with any of the Money; But if the Said Commissioners, have any Such Power in this place that they would do well to Send an Exemplifycation thereof and appoint an Officer here to manage that Concern.
Mr Clarke Ordered that Mr Philip Clarke Navall Officer of p. 388 Ordered to deliver up Potomock District deliver unto Geo: Plater Esq his unto Mr Mats Receiver Genll all Navigation Bonds (now in his Plater all navigacon Custody) upon the sd Mr Plater giving Receipt for Bonds &cca the Same, and tht such as have not been duly com
plyed with, be by him put in Suit forthwith.

Coll Thomas Ordered that Coll: John Thomas send down to the Ordrd to send Port of Annapolis the broken Arms he Carryed up down all the broken Arms from Petuxant tht they may be sent for England this &Cca ffleet.
