    make answer Signifye tht his Exncy the Governr has Recd no Com

    to Mr Bate- mand neither from his Maty nor the Lords of the

    mans Lre

    &ccaAdmiralty thereabout nor has medled with any of the

    Money; But if the Said Commissioners, have any

    Such Power in this place that they would do well to Send an

    Exemplifycation thereof and appoint an Officer here to manage

    that Concern.

   

   

    Mr Clarke Ordered that Mr Philip Clarke Navall Officer of p. 388

    Ordered to

    deliver up Potomock District deliver unto Geo: Plater Esq his

    unto Mr Mats Receiver Genll all Navigation Bonds (now in his

    Plater all

    navigacon Custody) upon the sd Mr Plater giving Receipt for

    Bonds &cca the Same, and tht such as have not been duly com

   

    plyed with, be by him put in Suit forthwith.
