             of the ffines notwithstanding the Accot of the ffines cannot yet be

             the anuall had, the Sd Geo: Plater Esq (his Mats Receiver Genll)

             Sallary of

             6000 lb of Doe answer and pay unto the sd Denton (out of the

             Tobo for his aforementioned ffines) the Annuall Sallary or Sume

          p 380 maintenance

           of a Depty of six thousand pounds of Tobo the paymt thereof to

                    Commence this ffall, and so to be Constantly paid

             by his Mats Receiver Genll for his maintenance of a DeptY accord

             ing as he hath Prayed.

             Hen: Den- The sd Denton further moves and humbly Repre

             tons motion

             for Setleing sents that having Severall ffees due to him as Clerk

             of his ffees of a Speciall Court of Review appointed for the

             due to him

               Clk of a deciding a certain Controversy depending betwixt

             certain Corn- one George Lingan and Jams Crawford the setlemt

             mission of

             Review & whereof were by an Ordr of this Board Suspended,

             Ordr therein untill the same should be settled by Act; And he

             Signifying that the Clerk of the Councills flees being now Set

             tled by an Act of Assembly of this Province does therefore

             Pray that the flees due as Clerk of the sd Speciall Court may

             be now Assessed.

               Ordered that like proportionable ffees be allowed to and

             taken by the sd Clerk upon Accot of the sd Speciall Court of

             Review, as are Assessed & Settled upon the Clerk of the

             Councill within this province. The ffees follow, Vizt

               An Accot off flees Regulated by the Court of Review, due

             to the Clerk thereof, by Ordr of Councill in blanck to be

             Assest and setled by the House of Burgesses &cca being now

             Regulated according to Act.
