      Ordered therevpon as it is hereby Ordered that Mr ffrancis Lib. C. B.

     Hutchins Capt James Keech Mr ffrancis ffreeman Comissiones

     of Calvert County Mr William Dent of Charles County & Mr

     Henry Trueman of Calvert County aforesd be & they are

     hereby appointed Judges, to heare, determine & finall Judgemt

     to give in the premisses being therevnto by Speciall Comis-

     sion vnder the Great Seale of this Province to be qualifyed &

     Empowered accordingly to Meet & sit at Battle Towne the

     2 ~ of this instant ffebry of which said Court Mr Henry ffernley p. 51

     is hereby appointed Clerk & further Ordered that Sufiions

     immediately issue impowering the aforesd James Bigger to give

     notice to the severall above mentioned Justices as alsoe the

     Administrator &Ca & other persons whatsoever in any wayes

     interested or concerned to be & appeare at the Day & place

     afores' in Ordr to a speedy & finall Determination therein.

     Ordr p Big. Whereas this day at request of James Bigger on

      ~     behalfe of Thomas Greenfeild an Appeale has been

     Admrs&ca Granted by this Board vpon Complaint made that

     Letters of Administration had beeu unduely & surreptitiously

     obtained by Mr Henry Lowe & Mr Thomas Collyer after

     Letters ad colligendum to him the said Greenfeild in a legall

     & lawfull manner issued for the Collecting & geting together

     the Estate of Richard Charlet deccd the aforesd Admr (as is

     said) being noe wayes Creditors therevnto; The said Greenfeild

     haveing given sufficient security for the due prosecution of

     the said Appeale And whereas at the Request of the said

     James Bigger this Board has likewise appointed Mr ffrancis

     Hutchins Capt James Keech Mr ffrancis ffreeman Comissionrs

     of Calvert County Mr William Dent of Charles County & Mr

     Henry Trueman of Calvert County aforesd to Examine into

     the Legality of the sentence of the said Judge & vpon due

     Examination their finall Sentence & Determination to make in p. ~z

     the same, being therevnto by Speciall Cofiuission vnder the

     Great Seale Authorized and impowered soe to doe constitute-

     ing & appointing Mr Henry ffernley their Clerk, being by the

     said Coniissjon Ordered to Meet at Battle Town the 2I'~' of

     this instant ffebry for the said End & purpose. And that due

     Notice hereof might be given it was Ordered, as it is hereby

     Ordered that Mr James Bigger doe forthwith & out of hand

     suffions & Give Notice to all & singular the persons afore-

     mentioned as aisoe the Adm~ and any other persons therein

     concerned that they be & appeare at the day & place aforesd
