             Mr Boothhy & Mr Edward Jones being three of the persons

             appointed appointed for Commissioners upon the Commission

             Comrs &ca

             instead of of Review &ca abovementioned but Coll Codd

             Esqr Smith, being dismissed, and the other two not appearing;

             Coll Codd & Mr Jones Ordered therefore that Mr Edward Pollard, Coll

                    Wm Pierce & Mr Edward Boothby be appointed to

             serve in their stead, if no objection he made by either party.

              Both parties being acquainted therewith did Approve of

             the same.

             Henry Den. Upon Motion made, what Clerk or Register should

             ton appointed Clk of the be inserted in the said Commission to serve, &ca

             Court of It was Order'd that Henry Denton Clerk to the

             Review Court of Delegates (in the sd Cause there depend

             ing) be constituted Clerk of the sd Commission of Review, if

             by Law he may be admitted, and that W Attorney & Solicitor

             Genll give their Opinions therein accordingly, who Report as

             follows, Vizt

       To his Excell ffrancis Nicholson Esqr Capt Genll & Governr in

        Chief the honoble his Mats Councill of Maryland.

              It being questioned of Us whether Mr Denton who was

             Clerk in the late Commission to the Court of Delegates be

             tween George Lingan Admr of John Abington decd & James

             Crauford, whether Mr Denton Clerk to the said Court of

             Delegates may be now Clerk in a Commission of Review,

             We do humbly Certify that the Clerk being sworn to make a

             true Record of all proceedings may be legally admitted Clerk

             of the present Commission of Review; All which is humbly

             submitted to by yor Excells most obedient humble Servts

         p. 326 Produced a Commission constituting severall persons Corn

             missionrs of the sd Court of Review, which being Read was ap

             proved off & signed by his Exncy & passed the Broad Seal of
