H. a sd Court of Delegates; Ordered that a Commission of Review be accordingly prepared wherein the following persons are hereby constituted & appointed to be of the sd Commission, Vizt the honoble Coll George Robotham, Coll Nicholas Green- berry, Coll Charles Hutchins, Robert Smith Esqr Coll St Leger Codd, Majr Robert King & W Edward Jones of Caecill County vnless the honoble Sr Thomas Laurence Baront Secre tary & Edward Randolph Esqr come in, and that the same be heard & tryed the 5th day of May next, whereof the sd Justices appointed are to have due notice, as also James Crauford & George Lingan the parties concerned.

&Ca don, whereby was signifyed that the same was proved before the Lord Mayor by one Evidence; Ordered that it be Referred to W Attorney & Sollicitor Genll for them to make Report vnder their hands whether such an instrumt or Letter of Attorney ought to be admitted for authentick proof, without the Witnesses thereto appear here in the Countrey Viva voce, and whether one Witness is sufficient, and whether the Arch Bishop of Canterbury's prerogative power extends as farr as this province, having herewith sent a Copy of one of his Mats Royall Instructions for their better directions therein.
A Copy of one of his Mats Royall Instructions, Vizt And to the end the Ecclesiasticall Jurisdiction of the said Bishop of London may take place in that our province as farr as conveniently may be, We do think fit that you do give all Whitehall countenance & Encouragemt in the exercise of the same, p. 304 excepting only the Coiating to Benefices, Granting Lycenses for Marriages and probate of Wills, which We have Reserved to you our Governr or the Commander in Chief for the time being.
