      Lib.  H. D. Ships (after Ordered that (vpon Arriva!l of the ffleet from

         p. 298 Eng!and, now expected) an Embargo & stop be put

      

      

             cleared with. VPOfl all ships & Vessells at present trading in the

             out leave Countrey, and that the Collectors or their Depties pre

      

                    sume to Clear no such ships or Vessells as aforesd

             without some particular leave or further Ordr received from

      

             his Exocy for so doing.

      

                     Ordered that the Justices of the late divided

                    Counties take Care (pursuant to former Ordr from

                    this Board) that they omit not to thoroughly finish

                    all Business in their severall Courts depending, this

                    present March Court.

      

                     Ordered that Capt Richard Brightwell Commander

                    of the party of Rangers vpon Potomock River take

                    care to Seize & secure all suspected persons he shall

                    find travelling over the head of Potomock out of this

             province into Virginia or coming from thence hither, to bc by

             him carryed before the next Justice of peace in Ordr to be pro

             ceeded against according to Law, vnless they produce good &

             legall passes.

      

             The broken Ordered that the publick Arms belonging to this

             Arms &ca to

             be fixed out province, such as lye at prsent broken & vnfixed,

             of the quartr that the charge of fixing & repairing the same be

      

     Whitehall part of the Revenue   born out of the quarter part of the publick Revenue

                    of this province.

      

      

             Provit Attor- Ordered that the Attorneys pleading in the Pro

             neys to give . .

      Whitehall  the opinions vinciall Court of this province, return severally their

                    Moved his Exncy in Councill that vpon an Appeal by

             Granted & James Crauford made from a certain sentence of the

             Ordered Commissary Genll relating to Admrcon granted vpon

      

             the Estate of John Abington of the Kingdom of England Mer

             chant deceased, his Excell vpon the sd Craufords petition for

             merly presented at this Board did grant a speciall Commission

             for a Court of Delegates, which said Court he humbly con-

         p. 299  ceived had given an Erroneous sentence & agt Law to the

             great grievance of the sd George Lingan, Admr by the Com

             missary Genll legally admitted, in the right & for the vse of the

             Administratrs in England; therefore humbly prayed a Commis
