Mr Watkins Saml Watkins & Anne his wife Executrix of the last will and Testament of Andrew Abington late Abingtons Sherriffe of Calvert County deed humbly petition this
Arrears of Ffees &ca board that Execution may issue in the sd County, for Arreares of the ffees due to the said Petitionrs as Executors aforesd And, it is Granted them & Ordered Accordingly.
ff ra: Arme- Certificate of Resurvey belonging to ifra: Arme strongs Certificat of Re- strong for two Tracts of Land Called Tilghmans sur trans. ffortune & London Derry being directed to this mited to the Ld office the board, was Ordered to be Transmitted to the Land

p. 40 Thomas Thomas Martin of Talbot County humbly sets Martin Pet . . & Ordr for forth to this board that he is in possession of a cer Warrt of tam Tract of Land next adjoyneing vpon a Tract Resurvey &ca formerly belonging to Richard Gorsuch of the said
County decd lyeing vpon the Divideing Creeke run- fling out of Armestrongs Bay in Choptanck River in the said County Begining at the said Gorsuch Northermost bounded Tree being a red Oake marked with ifour Notches both said Tracts being parcells sold out of a Greater Tract called Thredere LLoyd, and are buted and bounded as by the Certi ficates thereof remaining vpon Record among the Convey ances of the said County Court may more at large appeare— That he has for these severall years been molested & troubled by the possessorrss of the aforesd Tract of Land of Gorsuch by trespassing (as he conceives) within his Bounds; therefore humbly prays speciall Warrant may issue directed to the Surveyor of that County for the Resurveying of that afore mentioned Tract of Land of Gorsuch by a Jurye of Twelve Men of the Neighbourhood for that End & purpose to be sumned & sworne (as in such Case is Usuall) according to the Antient Meets & Bounds thereof, whereby he may finde out the true Divisionall Line betwixt them, and that (if need shall- Require) he might likewise Resurvey his owne Land, after the runing forth of the other. Wherevpon it was Ordered, by advice in Councill, as it is hereby Ordered, that speciall Warrant issue according to the prayer of the Petitionr And that the present possessoes of the
