   Commissioners as Vestrymen aforesd for conteming the afore- Lib. H. D.

   mentioned Ordr & Ordinance; and that Samue!l Withers pay

   vnto the honoble Coll George Robotham, one of the Commis

   sionrs of the Port of Williamstadt the aforementioned Sume of

   Six thousand pds of Tobacco and that the said Coll Robotham

   take care to sell & dispose of the same to the best advantage,

   either for Bills of Exchange or ready Goods, the which is to

   be appropriated towards the building a Church at Williamstadt,

   pursuant to the aforementioned Ordinance of Assembly.

  

  

   Hugh Wrights pet.   Vpon a petition of Hugh Wright of Ann Arrundell

   touching County presented at this Board, setting forth the

   Timothy Neals Ex- Escape of one Timothy Neal, a prisoner Committed

   cape & Ordr to his custody charging one Gad, Collyer & ffenyer,

   for prose- persons whom he had pressed to his assistance to be

   cution inde

          the principall occasion thereof, through means of

   their disobedience shown to the Authority he then had;

   Ordered that the said petition together with certain Depo

   sitions taken for proof of what is above alledged be delivered

   to Mr Attorney & Sollicitor Genll for them to make due prose

   cution thereon according to Law.
