        Lib. H. D. The same was Approved off & Ordered that the persons

              therein named for Justices of the said County be Commission-

              Commission ated accordingly, and that pursuant thereto a Corn-

              of the peace mission of the peace & for Tryall of Causes issue

              &ca for Prince forth of the Secretaries Office, according to the form

              Georges of the other County Commissions, and that Mr Wil

              County Ordered to  liam Cooper be therein constituted Clerk of the sd

              issueCourt, according to former Ordr of this Board, and

              that Mr Thomas Greenfield be Commissionated Sherriff of the

              sd County, who are all to Meet & sit to hold Court at Mount

              Calvert the 23th day of April next, being the time directed for

              the Act to take place, and further that power be given in the

              Dedimus for to administer the Oaths appointed by Act of

              parliamt to be taken instead of the Oaths of Allegiance &

              Supremacy, as well vnto the severall Officers of the said Court

              admitted, as to the Justices aforesd and tht they be all obliged

              to subscribe to the Test.

              Coll Addison Ordered that the honoble Coll John Addison, Chief

              Regulate the Commander & Military Officer of Prince Georges

        Whitehall Militia of Prince County do Regulate, Order & appoint the severall

              Georges Military Officers within the same, according to the

              County, List by him presented at this Board, and pursue &

              follow the severall Military Instructions to the severall Coun

              accordingly,

               Solicitor Genll whether the Sherriffs now at ptsent

              The Attorney We humbly conceive that after the day in the Act

        Whitehall Re- of Assembly mentioned for dividing the Counties,

              portthereon. the Sherriff of each County is not to Act beyond the

              limits of the County in the Act mentioned, And for prevention

              of inconveniency and for the better administring Justice, it

              would be requisite that the Commission to all Officers Judi

              ciall & Ministeriall should be made to take Effect at that time,

              in the new Erected County.
