   every hhd of tobacco exported &ca And by Vertue of an Ordr

   of Councill this day to pay unto me the sume of Two hun

   dred fforty Eight pounds, ffourteen shillings sterl. for wch this

   shall be your Sufficient Warrt Given under my hand this 20th

   day of August in the Seaventh year of his Mats Reign &ca
