Coll Darnall Upon Reading a Petition of Coll Henry Darnall the Ld Balte more agent the Lord Baltemores Agent Setting forth that his praying that Lops Dues are much lessened for want of the Ships all Shiping may make making due Report of their Lading, therein praying their Entry that all Ships & Vesseils hereafter Coming in & wth his Ldsps Officers tht tradlng wthin this Province may make due Entry of his Lop may their said Ships & Vessells at their first coming in, not be de frauded & wth his Lops Officers, Ordered thereupon that all Whitehall Order Masters of Ships & other Vessells for the future thereon coming in & trading wthin this Province apply them
