D. be made Wee binde Us our heirs Exrs and Admrs joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Witness our hands And p. 185 Seales this Seaventeenth day of November 1694 The Condi tion of the aboue Obligation is such that if the abouesaid George Muschamp Doe well and truely Discharge & performe the Office of Collector of all their Maties Rates Duties and Impositions Due to their Mats in Wicocomaco & Potomock Rivers in Maryland that he Observe all such Instructions & Ordts as from time to time as he shall receive from the honble the Comrs of their Mats Customes in England or from any per son by them appointed or Authorized thereunto As also to Observe the Orders of his Exncy Coll Francis Nicholson Gov ernr of the abouesaid Province relating to the Due Execution of the Acts of Trade & Navigation in the said Province that then this Obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to be and remaine in full force and Vertue Signed Sealed & Uld by Mr Mus- &. Capt Hills Know all men by these Presents that wee Richard Hill and Samuell Young of the Province of Mary pformance land are holden and firmly bound Unto Francis Nicholson Esqr their Mats Capt Gen” and Chief Govern' of this Province in the full & Just sume of one thousand pounds of Lawfull Money of England to be Paid to the said Francis Nicholson Esqr his Exrs Admrs or Assignes to the WCh payment to be well and truly made & done wee bind our selves And either of us by him Selfe our & either of our heirs Exrs & Admrs in the Whole & for the whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these Presents Witness our hands And Seales this. The Condition of the aboue Written Obligation is Such that Whereas his Exncy Francis Nicholson Esq aforesd hath Comissionated & appointed Richard Hill to be Navall officer of the Port of Annapolis Arrundell in the aboue said Prov ince by his Comission dated the 6th day of Octobr 1694: Now if the said Richard Hill shall well and truly pform the said Office according to the severall Acts of trade & Navigation in that Case made and provided and shall Observe the directions in the Acts of Assembly of this Province Relating to the duty of Navall Officers and from time to time Save Defend and
