    County Cort County Court seting forth that W George Ashman

    seting forth & Mr John Hall (Justices appointed in the late

    the obstinacy Comission of peace to that County sent & directed)

    of Mr Ash-

    man & halls did obstinately Refuse to serve; it was thereupon

    Refusall of

           Ordered that the said Ashman & Hall be bound

    serving as

    Justices, over to Answer at the next Provinciall Court for

    Order of

    Councill such their contempt, And that Mr Attorney Genll

    thereon & prosecute the same Accordingly But the said Ash-

    Submission man having since by Petition made his humble

    & Excuse Submission to his Exncy is excused upon condition

    of his willing performance of his Duty hereafter

    Choptanck Severall Choptanck Indians appearing here at the

    Indians

    Complaints Board made Complaint that Majr Thomas Taylor

    agt Majr of Dorchester County had intrenched upon their

    Taylors

    intrenchmt Land given and Granted them by the Lord Balte

    upon their more to live upon; therefore prayed Redress in the

    Land &

    Order there. premisses it was thereupon Ordered that the honble

     &ca Coll Gcorgc Robotham Coll Charles Hutchins, Doctr

    Jacob Lockerman, Mr Thomas Ennalls and Mr Thomas Hicks

    meet at Cambridge Town in Dorchester County the 19th day

    of March Next and Call before them as well the said Majr

    Taylor as the Indians afd. and make due and strict inquiry

    into the Premises, And if possible to get the said Matter

    Accomodated; And further that Mr Smithson Resurvey the

    said Land, according to Order of Councill in the Lord
