Order abt Upon Representation Ordered that all persons Catholick who tooke any private Armes from Roman Catho Armes taken licks or others in the time of the late Revolution that they bring and deliver all such Armes up into the hands of the Collonell of the County where taken, who is hereby Obliged & Required to Cause the same to be restored to the Right Owners.

Order therein. last Assembly were Represented to be in this Gov ernmt Likewise Setting forth that they were upon Coll Hermans Mannor 16: of Janry last past contrary to the Opinion of the house of Burgesses and the Order of his Exncy & this Board 15th of Octobr preceeding; Ordered thereupon that three Copies of the said Opinion & Order be drawn forth & sent to Coll Herman, Coll Pierce & Majr Thompson who are hereby strictly Enjoyned to Observe the same, in neglect or contempt whereof the afd James ifrisby is hereby Empow ered to bind over to the Court any of the said persons so Offending.
