         Lib. H. D.     Orders or directions from the said Sr Edmond Andros for the

               stating or making vp their Majts Account with the said Lionel

               Copleys Administrators or any other person for any Sume or

               Sumes of Money due to their Majts though the Estate of the

               deceased Governr Copley was on or about the 14th day of

               October 1693, as this Depont has been informed, Appraised

               to the sume of One thousand pounds sterling & Upwards,

               And this Depont further saith that Thomas Tench Esqr Admr

               of said Governor Copley informed him that he had the

               beginning of November following paid out of the said Estate

               Sixteen hundred pounds sterling.

               Ann Arrun- publick Notary of Ann Arrundell County vnder the

               Murthiands Court, of the ship Anna Helena of Belfast Samuell

        

               ship Murthland Master, being Tryed for breach of severall

        

               Acts of Trade &Ca but was acquitted by a Jurye That their
