The Councill again Sate, and were Present, as before Mrs Bourn Came Madam Elizabeth Bourn Executrix of Mr produces a Book & Sam' Bourn late Navall Officer of Petuxant District papers, sup- decd according to Summons sent her by his Exncy who brought with her a certain Booke & other Writings, ping,wch she the Contents Unknown, and delivered the same delivered to Mr Ran- vnto Edward Randolph Esqr Surveyor Generall of dolphtheir Mats Customs and DeptY Auditor vnder the
Right Honoble William Blathwayt Esqr being supposed to be Accounts belonging to the Navall Office of that District, And the said Madam Bourn did before his Exncy in Councill make Oath that she would further deliver vp vnto George Plater
Esqr or other person whom his Exncy should Appoint all other p. 92 Books, Writings & Papers any ways relating to or concerning
the said Office remaining still in her Custody or which she is or shall be any ways privy to.
Ordered that the Honoble Edward Randolph Esqr der'd to Re- after his pervsall of the aforementioned Book & deliver papers do Redeliver vnto the said Madam Bourn or
order all papers and Writings that imediately don't pervsail concern either their Mats or the publick.
