            Use, as often as oportunity shall present The said Elizabeth

            Bourn Exrx as aforesaid, Delivering a List of the aforemen

            tioned Debts due to the said Majr Bourn as Navall Officer of

            Petuxant District, vnto George Plater Esqr their Mats Collec

            tor of the said District; Ordered therevpon that the said Mr

            Plater take care to Collect the same accordingly and make

            payment thereof vnto the abovenamed Madam Bourn Exrx as

            aforesaid.

                   this Province, the same being presented by his Exncy

            to the said Esqr Tench at the Board and was therevpon sworn

            Accordingly.

                    Ordered that a Chancery Commission be prepared

            Ordered to by Mr Attorney Genll therein constituting the same

               prepare a Chancery persons as by this Board were appointed in a former

            Commission Order bearing Date the day of last past.
