It being moved in Councill the Negligence of the former Clerk in keeping noe Record of any Councill Proceedings since the Arrivall of the late Governor Copley in Maryland;
MrLLew. Ordered therevpon, by advice in Councill, that dered to Mr John LLewellin former Clerk of this board with perfect the out further delay proceed vpon the said Worke, and business with all possible speed the same perfect & finish, of his time which soe perfected & done he is to deliver vp iffiedi ately into the hands of the present Clerk, together with all other Councill Bookes & Papers to the said Office in any wise appertaining.
