     That there be noe alteration in Reference to the ffees of the Lib. C. B.

   Navall officer as at present settled by an Act of Assembly in

   Maryland in consideration of the trust reposed in the Governor

   for the due Execution of that Office, And that the severall

   particulars proposed in the said Report be duely complyed

   with by all persons whome it may concerne.

   Order    Produced & read an Ordr of this Board passed

   about Chancery August the 17th 1692 concerning the issueing out of

   Writts Chancery Writts & settleing the ffees thereof vpon

   produced

          the Chancellor Resolved & Ordered in Councill that

   the said Ordr be quashed & wholly set aside, and that such

   Writts issue (as formerly) out of the Secretaries Office, and

   the ffees thereof Redound to the Secretary according to the

   Kings Ordr aforesd

     The Rangers to be considered to Morrow.

  

   Attorney Notice to be Given to the Attorney Gen” to attend p. 12

   Genll ordered .

   to attend &ca his Exncie & this board to Morrow Morning Early.

  

     Adjourne till to Morrow Morning 8 Clock.

  

  

                September the 28th 1693.

   Henry Then was Henry Denton sent for to the Councill

   Denton               .           .   .

   sworne Clerk Chamber and admited Clerk of their Majties honble

   of the Coun- Councill of Maryland, whoe vpon his admittance

   cill tooke the Oaths appointed by the late Act of Parlimt

  

   instead of the Oaths of Allegeance & Supremacy; as alsoe the

   Usuall Oath of Clerk of that Board; and were then present in

   Council,

              His Exncie Sr Edmond Andros.

     Then was delivered a Paper which contained a List of the

   Names  Andros at his first Meeting the Councill and Produce

          ing his Comission, Vizt

     Coll Henry Jowles—Suspended.
