And further Ordered that the S'd ffield Officers (wth all Expedition) appoint the Sevrll Officers under them and that the Devisions of the Sevrll Troopes & Companys be Devided as follows, Vizt The Captains Squadroon, the Lievtennants, and the Cornet, or Ensignes Squadroon and them to Exerceise Sevrlly Six times every Year A due Returne of wch S'd Troops and Companys Soe raised is to be sent Under the Sevdll and p. 74 Resspective Officers hands of the Acoutriment and Equipage of the Sevrll Troops and Companys so raised, Unto this Board Wth all convenient speed. And further Ordered that the ffield Officers aforemenconed call for an Exact Accot of all the publick Armes in the Sevrll Counties and that they dispose of the Same to such places as they shall see fit for Securing the ifronteers and to see that the same be well fixed wth all possible Expedition, And such as cannot be fixed here that care be taken by the ffield Officers to send the Same fur England if they be wth Sending to be fixed there and that all persons supplye themselves wth Armes and Amunicon pursuant to the Act of this Province. That the ffield Officers take care to change as much powder as they see convenient and Order the Officers under them tht have the Charge of any powder for to looke well after it and turne it at the least once A Month.
