   ated &Ca the Honoble the Comisionrs of their Majties Customs Whitehall

          have by late Order taken of that Office of Comptroler

   and doe now allow 20 p Cent for the Collection of the peny

   p pounde

   Bills of Upon Motion of Mr Gerrard V: Sweringhen about

   Exchange

   Ordered to Bills of Exchange lodged wth Clerk of this Board

   be delivered belonging unto him humbly praying delivery of

   Mr V Swer

   inghen the Same.

     Ordered that the same be delivered Accordingly.

     It being Represented that whereas their Majties Magazine of

   powder is considerable wthin this City of St Maries and foras

   much as their Majties have no particular ffort for preserving

   the Same from Enimies or Accidents.

   Order about Resolved and Ordered thereupon that the same be p. 65

          principell Officers and Comanders by them to be

   Safe kept and not touched upon any Accot unless upon

   Order abt Ordered that what Armes were taken and Seized Whitehall

   Arms taken

  at Matapany     at Mattapany for their Majties Use that an Accot

          thereof be Returned to this Board wth all convenient
