            duced &ca foregoeing Order of this Board, and the aforesd Acts

                    concerning the Ordinary Keepers and Navall Officers

             ffees, read & compared with the aforementioned Order of the

             King & Councill vpon Sr Thomas Lawrence's petition &ca the

             further debate & Result whereof Referred till to Morrow,

             against which time the Order of Councill August 17th 1692

             concerning the Chancery Writs to be alsoe produced.

             Mr Craycrofts Mc- Mr John Craycroft, by Mr Wm Dent his Counsell

             tion about being admited, humbly complains & Moves this

             Mr Lynes Board for Reliefe against Mr Philip Lynes, against

             whome he had lately recovered in the Provinciall Court a

             J udgemt for 486 lb strl with Costs of Sute, and therevpon served

             him with an Execution for the same, vpon which he was taken

             into Custody of the Sherriffe of St Maries County, from whence

             he hath been illegally discharged vpon a supersedeas & Writ

             of Error by him surreptitiously obtained, with a designe to

             deferr & protract the makeing satisfaction for the Debt &

             Costs aforesd, And the said Craycroft haveing (vpon former

             application to this board) favourably obtained an Ordr of the

             25th of August last for the said Lynes to file his Errors against

             the said Judgemt within tenn dayes after the date of the said

             Order, and peremptorily to come to a heareing and argueing

             of the same here at the begining of the Assembly; The said

             Lynes haveing in noe wise complyed therewith, the said Cray-

             croft humbly prays the same may be dismissed this Board, and

             the said Lynes again remanded into custody vntill he have

             fully satisfyed & discharged the said Judgemt.

             Comissionrs Ordered that the same be dismissed this board.
