seale was transmited to the severall Counties of the Province Lib. C. B. according to Order, the tenoT thereof running as follows, Vlzt Maryland ss By his Exncie a Proclamation. Proclama- Whereas the Generall Assembly of this Province tion declare ing the begun and held at the City of St Maries the Tenth Assembly day of May Anno Domini 1692 by Writ from his dissolved . a Exncie the late Governor Lionel Copley Esq dec hath been by severall Prorogations & adjournmts continued to the 20th day of this instant September: And the Chiefe Command & Governmt of this Province being now divolved vpon me Sr Edmond Andros Knt by the death of the said Lionel Cop!ey and the absence of Captain ffrancis Nicholson their Majties Lievetenant Governor of this Province, by their Majties Royall Comission to me directed for that purpose: I doe by & with the advice of their Majties Councill of this Province, Proclame, publish and make knowne that the said Generall Assembly is dissolved, and the same is hereby in their Majties Names declared and pronounced accordingly to be dissolved, whereof I doe straightly Charge & Comand all & singular the respective Sherriffes of the severall & respective Counties of this Province to make pub!ick Proclamation in the most publick & conve nient places within their respective Counties aforesd for the p. 7 Generall Information of all & singular their Majties loveing Subjects within this Province, and to the End that all persons concerned may take due Notice thereof & conforme them selves accordingly. Given at the City of St Maries the 26th day of September Anno Dornini 1693 in the ffifth yeare of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord & Lady King William and Queen Mary.

Kings Ordr His Majties Order in Councill March 2d 169 2/3 Upon 169 2/3 Upon Sr Thomas Laurences Petition, complaining of some Sr Thomas hardships he lay vnder here in Relation to his Office
Laurence of Secretary, and the Report of the Lords of the Comittee of Trade & Plantations thereon, being pro duced by Sr Thomas was read and Ordered to be Recorded in the Journall of this Board, and the Contents thereof to be duely observed & complyed with in all Respects, where the same is Required: To which End it was alsoe Ordered that the Booke of Laws, wherein is contained the Acts for Regu lateing Ordinaries &ca: and for settleing the Navall Officers flees to which the said Petition & Order have Relation be pro duced to this Board in the Afternoon. Adjourne till then 3 Clock.
