Collectrs & Ordered that the Collectors & Navall Officers of Lib. H. D. Officers of Potomock & Pocomoke Districts send forthwith an Potomock exact Account vnder their hands to the Clerk of the Councill, as well of the Duty of the Moiety of the two send in their shillings p hogshead The Additionall Duty of three Accots &Ca pence per hogshead, as also ifour pence per Gallon Impost vpon Liquors imported from the time of their Receiveing the same Untill this day, together with an Accot of all disbursemts of the same by them made in Order to be Comunicated to this Board

His Excellency acquainting the Board that he hoped they had taken effectuali Care in making Choice of good & sub stantiall Men for Sherriffes lately by them appointed, does therefore acquiesce in what they have done therein: but vpon a Dispute arising at the Board concerning the Sherriffe lately appointed for St Maries County; it is Ordered that Capt Jno Capt John Bayne be set aside and Capt John Cood appointed Comissionated in his stead; and that the Sherriffs ap Sffeof St pointed for the severall & respective Counties within this Province have their Comissions delivered them and be sworne in August Court next, Giving Bond for the due Execution of their places according to former Order of the of this instant July.

Capt Jno That your PeV did on his passage into this Countrey take a ifrench Pinke loaden with Sugar which said
Pinke was brought to a Tryall before the Honoble Sr Thomas Laurence and the Honoble Councill being Judges of their Mats Whitehall high Court of Admiralty who condemned her according to an Act of Parliamt made in the ffourth year of their Mats Reign and according to the Order of the said Court your petr has almost Unloaded the sd prize & sorted the Goods taken in her by the Judgemt of flour Commissionrs Ordered & appointed by the sd Court; Now so it is may it please your Exncy & Honors that there being one ffifth part of the Goods adjudged p. 36 to be their Mats part and Ordered to be divided & kept in specie for their Use & by the ffour Commissionrs to be delivered
